Terms of Service.

Last updated 4 July 2026

1 · The agreement

These terms are between you and Katoa GmbH, Stanserstrasse 100, 6064 Kerns, Schweiz. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them. If you use Booqit on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.

2 · The service

Booqit is a booking backend: group scheduling polls and one-to-one booking pages, reachable over a REST API and the Model Context Protocol. We provide it “as is” and improve it over time; features may change.

3 · Your account and keys

You are responsible for activity under your account and your API keys. Keep keys secret, rotate them if they may be exposed, and revoke keys you no longer use. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4 · Acceptable use

Don't use Booqit to break the law, send spam, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse the security of the service. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that do.

5 · Plans, billing, and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a flat subscription — no per-seat charge. New accounts start with a free trial; if you don't subscribe before it ends, creation of new resources pauses while existing ones keep working. Manage or cancel your subscription any time from billing. See pricing for current rates.

6 · Your content

You keep ownership of the polls, pages, and responses you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to host and operate the service. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

7 · Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8 · Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; relevant clauses survive.

9 · Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are reflected in the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.
